Rules:

• Any citrus-based marmalade is eligible
• Two jars of the same batch comprise one entry (if selected, the 2nd jar to be sent to Cumbria). Clean jars (200 to 400 gram size preferably) filled to brim, with twist-on lids.
• Entry fee is $8 per entry (2 jars). This will be donated to Home Hospice, Ballarat (or nominate your local Home Hospice on your Entry Form). Entries without entry fee will not be included.
• Label both jars with date made and style of marmalade (eg. Cumquat, Seville oranges, Three-fruit etc)
• Underneath each jar attach a separate label with your name and preferred contact details (and, if entering Junior Class, your age)
• All entries will be judged in Classes (eg Seville, Cumquat, Three-fruit) allocated upon arrival in Buninyong (Class based on fruit that is listed first on label)
• A Junior Class is available for all entries declaring an age of 18 or under on the label.
• All Australian entries are eligible for selection in the Australian Eleven
• All Buninyong-associated entries are also eligible for the Buninyong Village Eleven
• In January, post or deliver your entry to Buninyong. (Please pack jars properly)
